Here is a rare 1973 Marlin 1894 44 Magnum Octagon. JM marked, and no safety. This gun has been hunted, and there are scratches in stock. Please look at pictures. Bore is in great condition, as is the metal with no signs of corrosion. There are some scratches, mainly near the takedown screw area. I have replaced the takedown screw with an RRP version, that requires no screwdriver. Happy to include the original screw with sale. The gun comes with a 4X Redfield Widefield scope, and is ready to hunt. My understanding is that these were only sold for one year (1973), and that there were less than 3K made. Not too many of these come up for sale, and this is a good chance to buy a working gun that is also collectable. $50 shipping to FFL in lower 48. Thanks for your interest.
