Description:
Czech WWII F. Dusek Duo .25 ACP Single Action Semi-Auto .

Based on a Browning Deisign........SERIAL# 12925.

Manufactured in Cezechoslovakia in 1941. 2" Barrel with a VERY GOOD bore, 6 round mag, and a holster.

She is all original. Does show some holster wear and could use another cleaning job.

Plastic basket weave grips with "DUO" circled........Czech proof mark  on the barrel and "41" on left side of slide.

This was a very common concealed gun for German Officers during WW2.

Frantisek Dusek was a gunsmith in Opocno who refused to manufacture weapons for the Austro-Hungarians during WWI and the Germans during WWII. He began making pistols with parts obtained from Slavia pistols when their factory went out of business in 1935 and by 1938 was making his own pistols under the name DUO. The Nazis took over his factory and continued to make Duo’s during WWII. His factory continued making pistols until 1948 when the Communists nationalized the factory and later moved production to CZ.
