This is a Near Mint and Original finish Whitney Wolverine .22 LR 10-shot Semi-auto pistol that was made during the 1st year of production back in 1956. This model only made 3 years before production ended. The guns actually marked "Wolverine" were only made at the beginning of production. There was a patent problem with Lyman Gunsight Co. who held the patent. So Whitney had to stop using the name. This one even has the original and correct factory applied white lacquer in the lettering. This is a high condition gun that will be hard to find since so few were made.
