4 digit S/N 8561 made in 1898.
97% original and untouched finishes throughout, showing only minimal wear.
Bore and mechanics also remain nearly new, showing very little use.
The lettered 22" tapered barrel with its nearly perfect original rust blue still wears the original sights consisting of a Lyman ivory bead front and sporting rear.
Original hard rubber buttplate with widow's peak heel.
Likely the very best you'll ever see offered and comes complete with a Cody factory letter.
