Colt 1911 .38 Super Competition 70’s series plus
From my own personal collection selling my Colt 1911 chambered in .38 Super, competition series 70’s NIB with tags. 70’series firing system, with a national match barrel measuring .580 on its O.D, same as the famous “Fat-Barrel” from earlier post war decades. Double spring system for a more comfortable shooting & less recoil while, front checkering from factory just like the Gold Cup Trophy model and a main spring housing matching the same 25 lines per inch checkering as the front strap. 9rd mag plus 1 more in the chamber, skeletonized trigger and hammer for less weight, nova back sights and a fast spotting trillium red sight in the front, great stainless steel brush finish on both faces, sand blast finish on top and bottom for less glare while aiming and last but not least G-10 grips from factory.
