All original and complete. This two page "Patent Document" gives a complete description of the caps and all the Military Trials involved with its acceptance. The trials involved many tests which including immersed under water for 24 hours. There were many different caps tested. The two sided broadside measures 8 5/8 inches by 5 1/2 inches. This Is An Important Early Two Sided Original Broadside Describing All Of The Military Trials Of "Eley's Patent Elastic-Lined Waterproof Percussion Caps That Shows How Important Military Issued Percussion Caps Were In The Mid 1800's!
