Description:
Gun letters as a 5.5", 38-40 from 1901 shipped to Tritch Hardware, Denver CO. Letter included. Gun has a VP stamp and both a * and & on the trigger guard. Little finish left on the gun but obviously well cared for and in excellent shooting condition. Hammer hooks and trigger are in perfect condition with 6 strong clicks to the action. 2nd Gen marked 44 Special cylinder and an unmarked 44-40 cylinder. Both well fitted to the frame and forcing cone with removable bushings. Action is tight and well timed. Bore and cylinders are all bright and shiney and in excellent condition.
