Early Remington Autoloading rifle with early caliber designation on the barrel extension of 25-35 Rem.( 25 Rem) Straight grip rear stock with hard rubber butt plate with Remington Arms Co in circle.The factory front and rear sights are intact. The blue is rated about 80% throughout. The wood is very good rated at 85%. There are no cracks or extra holes. The barrel has great rifling and quite shiny as well. Everything appears to fuction fine. The Serial number is 19298 around 1909-1910.If you are a Model 8 and 81 collector the 25 cal Model 8 is a must and with the early 25-35 caliber designation is a added bonus.
