Description:
This is a Browning 78 model Similar to a Winchester High Wall action. THis rifle has been rechambered to 308 Norma Magnum. A very potent 30 caliber magnum round. THis rifle is mechanically excellent and has a good shiny bore with solid rifling. The wood stock has nice grain by has many dings and dent's Excellent candidate for a stock refinishing. It comes with Browning scope rings. The rings have browned a bit with age. Great rifle as is or could make a wonderful base for a custom rifle.
