Kersten, a renowned gunmaker in Strasburgh, Germany. The rifle, marked as model IV with a clamshell action, was built around 1910 and is in excellent condition, appearing almost new. It weighs 9 lbs with a Zeiss scope and detachable claw mounts, length of pull (LOP) of 14 1/2". The rifle features gold inlay printing, a double set trigger, and retains most of its original bluing. The stock is in great condition with strong checkering and an old-style rubber pad. Additionally, it comes with 2 boxes of new unprimed cases, 17 rounds of once-fired cases, and reloading dies. The seller is selling on behalf of a friend's widow who inherited the rifle. This rifle will be shipped USPS priority insured. I have never had a rifle or shotgun damaged or go missing but I always encourage the buyer to reimburse me for Insurance. Shipping is $70.00 plus insurance.
