Description:
This is a Colt model 1851 Navy percussion revolver in 36 Cal. The serial number is 82368. it was made in 1857. The Naval battle scene on the cylinder is not visable . only a few faint details remain and I will try to show these in the photos. The revolvers action is tight and functions at full or half cock. The walnut grips show holster wear and I can see no Cartouche. The top of the barrel is marked "ADRESS SAML. COLT HARTFORD CT" The bore is Good showing the lands and grooves although faintly. It seems to be a very honest 1851 Navy that probably saw service in the West before the Civil War. Shipping is $35.00 to the lower 48 all other states please add $15.00 shipping. No FFL required. Money back if not satisfied with buyer paying the return shipping.
