Description:
Mostly numbers matching, bore is a little dark but has strong rifling, Eagles have been pinged and Iraqi crest stamped on the receiver and barrel. It possibly had a import stamp on the bottom of the barrel that could have been removed. Make a great shooter or a nice reenactor piece.

This is a uncommon variant of the 98k, the receiver was made by the Borsigwalde plant and shipped to the orbendorf plant when they switched to MG-42 production where it was assembled, this rifle is WAA135 proofed.
