Description:
Model 1860 Spencer rifle in good to very good Cond. Gun is in very good working condition with all original parts in place including cartridge guide, cartridge extractor, and tube feed is 100%. Hammer does not click at half cock but full cock is perfect with strong mainspring. Good Spencer logo at breech and serial number 7107. Bore has age stain and scattered pitting with six groove rifleling. Stock is solid and sound with two cracks extending from the butt plate often seen due to stock bored out for tube feed. Piece of wood chiped out behind nose cap and also on both sides of fore stock by breech. Gun displays well and not altered. Two small screws in left wrist may have held a name tag at one time?
