"Serial number 3169N. Made circa 1970s-1980s. 9mm with a 2 ½" barrel. This gun is in Mint condition as customized. John Martz was a master gunsmith that created customized Lugers and P-38s. He was known for building guns like this Baby luger, exact replicas of the 45 caliber luger and other really interesting “Fantasy" guns. This is a Baby Luger with his Martz Toggle Release System. The frame is marked “MSTR" for this system. It is essentially a slide release activated by pulling down the safety. Very neat Martz Custom Baby Luger!
