Attention browning collectors!!! Early Browning Hi Power safari rifle. 1st year production. Made in 1959. Chambered in .243 winchester. These browning safaris from 59-63 had mauser actions in short, standard , magnum calibers. 1964-74 short action calibers were included with a sako (made in finland) action. These early short action mausers are getting extremely hard to find in good original condition. Sharp checkering. Knockout wood. This one is all original and would make a perfect addition to your collection. Factory sights are still present with the weaver style bases.
