Winchester Model 42 Skeet pump action shotgun
.410 gauge - 3" chamber
26" barrel length
This beautiful model 42 is a 1933 first year production!
The left side of the barrel is marked "- WINCHESTER/ PROOF STEEL-", followed by "MODEL 42", the Winchester trademark logo, ".410-3IN." and "SKEET" at the breech.
Metal retains the majority of it's original factory blue finish, shows some moderate wear on the underside of the mag. tube from cycling of the action.
Wood condtion is very good. There are 2 - 4 1/2" long scratches on the left side of the stock. The lower scratch is much more significant than the upper...see pictures for detail.
Overall the gun is in great condition and would make a beautiful collector's piece!
