This is a rare gun! This is the Weatherby Mark 5 in .270 Wby Magnum. It's the Europa RH model.
It was built in 1970's. Here's the rarity. This is one of several similar quality guns the previous owner had kept in his safe room and never used any of them. This gun is as new as you could get but is over 50 years old. There is absolutely no blemish on this gun .
I'm confident he never loaded it!
On it is a superb scope, in same condition. It's a LEUPOLD VSRI-X III. 3.5x10-50mm. E.F.R.
This Weatherby has the finest wood I could imagine on any gun.
Search the market, you'll find the rifle selling for around 2000 dollars, the scope at around 800 dollars.
'These are the prices I found, however not one was unused , UNFIRED , Also, not one was as gorgeous.
