This gun was semi-professionally refinished with visible case colors on the frame, ivories and about 90% newer salt blue finish. Bore is very good, dull but with well defined rifling and no pitting. Action works fine except hammer doesnt hold first notch. No license needed to buy except NY and NJ residents.
