Description:
1886 Winchester Rifle in 38-56. Manufactured in 1890. 26" octagon barrel with full magazine tube. Nice bore, I will rate it a 7.5 on a scale from 1-10. Nice barrel address. Action functions nicely. Barrel and magazine tube retain 45 to 50% original blue with the remainder a nice gray / brown patina. Receiver is a nice patina with some flashes of case colors on both sides. Hammer and lever still show some case colors. Both forend and buttstock are in good condition showing normal handling marks. Stock showing some trophy notches at top of comb (see pic). This an above average 1886 Winchester rifle having a real nice look to it. Antique and can be shipped directly to your doorsteps. Please feel free to ask questions.
