SN: 2554. Made in 1929, .38 Super with a 5"" barrel. Bore is very good. Rare and desirable pre-war Super 38 Colt, made in the first year of production. The gun has been re-nickeled and the markings are still mostly clear and legible. There's some light pit marks remaining, and the grip frame has some wear, otherwise the metal is very good. The grips are old Mexican made engraved silver and gold grips. A great looking Colt Super 38.
