Description:
Serial #D293395, .38 Special, 2" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a handsome, pinned barrel revolver, made ca. 1962, that retains 97-98% of the original blue with some mild fading along the high edges, some scattered spots of freckling along the rounded backstrap, as well as a mild turn-ring on the cylinder. The added target trigger and target hammer retain a commensurate amount of the original color case-hardening as well. The checkered, S&W medallion grips are in very good-fine shape with minor wear and flattening of the points on either side. The action is tight and functions flawlessly. This is an about excellent snub-nosed Model 10 that has cool upgrade. FFL or C&R
