Description:
Weatherby Regency Field Grade – this shotgun is coupled with a stunning high grade level factory stock that illustrates a detailed wood grain full of tiger stripe designs, sun bursts, and dark wood grain patterns flowing throughout. These?were?manufactured in Italy and imported for only a few years from 1972 to 1980. Their reliability and?beauty makes them highly?sought after and the limited production run has made them into a rare collectible, especially ones with high grade wood like this. The?engravings add beautiful depth and character to the firearm. Since it was hand engraved each stroke?of the engraver's tool tells a story and elevates this shotgun to a true work of art (engraver?signature under trigger guard). The underside of the receiver is also marked "WEATHERBY / REGENCY"?in gold. The top left side of the monobloc is marked "Weatherby / 20?GAUGE" while the top right side of the monobloc is marked "MADE IN ITALY". This shotgun comes with a ventilated brown factory Weatherby recoil pad, dual?ejectors, single selective trigger (SST), and a vented rib which facilitates rapid target acquisition. Additionally, this shotgun has barrels of full and modified chokes, and the barrel bores are in excellent condition. 20 Gauge
