The Ruger M77 is a robust bolt-action rifle designed in 1968 by L. James Sullivan during his short three-years of work with Ruger. Intended to be a modernized Mauser 98, it featured simplified ejector updates and a newly designed safety system. This rifle retains that classy Ruger look, with rich bluing and a handsome walnut stock.
