Description:
Sturm, Ruger & Co. M77 chambered in .270 Winchester. This Ruger is a pre-warning model with a tang safety. The top of the barrel is marked "STURM, RUGER & CO. INC., SOUTHPORT, CONN. U.S.A.". The left side of the barrel shank is marked "270 WIN" with a proof mark. The left side of the receiver is marked with the serial number "70-67611" and "RUGER M77". The rear of the bolt is marked with the last 5 digits of the serial number "67611" in electric pencil. The front sight is a blade in-line dovetailed to a banded base at the muzzle. The rear sight is a folding "U"-notch with white diamond dovetailed to a base screwed to the rear of the barrel. The rear sight is adjustable for elevation and drift adjustable for windage. The scope is a Leupold 3x9 VARI-X II. The stock is a one-piece walnut with checkered pistol grip, fluted straight comb, and orange rubber Ruger buttpad with the phoenix logo. There are sling studs on the belly of the buttstock and forend. .270 Winchester

Wood Condition: "95% remaining. There are a few minor surface dings and scratches on the stock and forend, a couple of the marks are more of a mild dent. The checkering is sharp. There are no chips or cracks.
