Synopsis: Mauser, P08, byf code, German WWII Luger, 2720n, FB00786 Description: Mauser P08 Luger in 9mmP, made in 1942, coded byf, last year of Mauser luger production. This standard configuration gun has a 4 inch barrel with drift adjustable front sight and “V” notched rear sight. Chamber dated “42”, toggle linkage with byf code. Full serial number on forward frame, under barrel, and on left side of barrel extention, last two digits on all the usual small parts. German proofs on right side of extention. Original unnumbered grips. FXO extruded magazine with a replaced/polished plug. Condition: Exc as completely refurbished, the major and most minor parts salt blued, some of the small parts artistically strawed. Near mirror bore. Perfect manual mechanics.
