Description:
Very nice Winchester Model 70 pre-1964 in .308 caliber. This Winchester has a very nice Woodstock with a wide fore end. It has a 26 1/4 inch stainless heavy barrel. The current LOP is 12 1/4 inch but has a flat thin butt pad. A new butt pad could easily push it out to 13 1/2 +/- inches. It comes with a very nice vortex viper 6 x 24 x 50 power scope. This is a great gun to perfect your long distance shooting in a very common and readily available caliber.
