GROOVED RECEIVER, FRAME AND TRIGGERGUARD ALSO 100% BLUE.
SMOOTH PISTOL GRIP STOCK AND FOREARM, NEAR PERFECT WOOD FINISH, CHECKERED STEEL BUTTPLATE. FOREND CAP IS BLACK PLASTIC. WINCHESTER EXPERIMENTED WITH THESE AT ABOUT SERIAL NUMBER 172,000. THEY QUICKLY REALIZED IT WAS A MISTAKE AND WENT BACK TO THE STEEL VERSION. THIS GUN IS A SCARCE ORIGINAL VARIATION - INTERESTING IF YOU'RE A DIEHARD MODEL 63 COLLECTOR.
