I'm selling my collection. Here is an Antique British Enfield Snider Model 1876 Trapdoor Carbine. Antique no FFL required. It’s chambered for the powerful centerfire .577 Snider Cartridge (.577 cal.480 gr. bullet; 70gr. black powder). 21.1/2" barrel with an excellent shinny bore with sharp rifling. Serial number: "A196". Military marked "Snider". Used by Infantry, Cavalry & Artillery by many Armies in many conflict with and against the British Empire. The original finish is turning grey patina. Used U.S. & French Army, American Indian War & in the the Franco-Prussian War. One of the great advantage of this large .577 caliber holes in paper target can be seen with a naked eye at 75 yard... What is not mentioned in the description can be seen on the pictures. I haven't shot this one. I described it to the best of my knowledge. Please don't ask for extra pictures and the old cartridges on the pictures are not for sale.
