Serial #77L144, .30-30 Win, 20 inch barrel with a bright, excellent bore. This is the Limited Edition Winchester Model 1894 manufactured by Winchester in 1977 featuring an engraved gold colored receiver designed to reproduce the classic Winchester game scenes in the style of Winchester engraver John Ulrich. The carbine remains in excellent, like new condition with high polished blue on the barrel, bands and buttplate marked in gold lettering "Limited Edition by Winchester". The receiver engraved game scenes include a bear, buck deer and wildcat. The checkered XXX figured Walnut stock and forend are likewise excellent with a beautiful high gloss varnish and crisp checkering. It comes in the original red velvet lined,locking walnut display case with an excellent interior showing some slight use and storage marks on outer top. Included is the original cardboard box numbered to the gun and the original custom Leatherette covered manual also numbered to the gun an a signed letter from the President of the Olin Winchester Group, Phil H.
