The breech block bears rare "R o R" inspector marks. Includes J.T. Callahan's letter giving a ship date of October 9, 1919. Also, with consignor research and correspondence. Provenance: The Bailey Brower, Jr. Collection, author of “Savage Pistols”
It was very fine as professionally refinished with some light handling marks and some spotting. Grips are excellent with a fiery coloration. Mechanically excellent.
