Description:
Up for sale is my LH Sako AV in 8x68S w/25 1/2" Lilja barrel, 10" twist, 11 degree target crown. The rifle wear a Leupold FX III 6x42 scope in Leupold rings.
The bluing is in excellent shape and was done by Glenrock Blue in Glenrock, WY. Also included are 100 pcs of new RWS brass. I have load info for the buyer
if interested. The rifle has about 100 rounds thru it since I put it together 20 yrs. ago.
The stock is factory Sako lightweight hunter with the addition of a grip cap and forend tip. I was told that sometimes Sako would determine that a stock destined
for Deluxe treatment would instead be routed to the Lightweight Hunter because of minor flaws or insufficient contrast/figure in the wood. This stock shows no real
wear or flaws of any kind. It's been a safe queen its entire life. It's time someone gets some good use out of it. It does have a Delcelerator recoil pad for a 14" LOP.
