This is a neat slide action rifle in .30-30 Win. That‚‚s a great caliber for a wide range of hunting sport. Savage produced this rifle from 1970 through 1981. This one is one of the later years because it does not have the barrel stamp code, as well as the serial number begins with a \"C\". This particular rifle happens to be in just about mint shape. The bluing is near perfect. The wood looks excellent with no signs of cracking or water damage. Has the original butt plate and sights. Receiver is also drilled and tapped for a scope. This is an absolutely beautiful rifle that has been waiting for the right person to take it out and show it the world!
