Description:
24 inch round barrel. Sights include a pinned blade front sight and folding ladder rear sight. Bore has good rifling and light to moderate pitting. Overall metal is good as refinished with handling marks, wear and some pitting on the box magazine. Good markings. Crisp tight action. Wood is in good condition with a coat of varnish added. Original sling eyes and a bayonet lug on the top barrel band. Musket style buttplate. This musket was manufactured in 1914.
