This tool is generic to Highwall Actions. It has been quality checked for fit and function in two original Winchester Highwall rifles, an 1887 rifle, S/N 9xxx, and an 1889 rifle, S/N 30xxx. The fulcrum block that goes into the open action is made of 360 Brass, nominal 0.730” X 0.950”. All other parts are steel. A second component NOT PROVIDED WITH THIS LEVER TOOL is needed to breech seat bullets. This second component is a solid-filled brass cartridge case (or similar) specific to your rifle caliber and barrel. If you need help with this second component, let's discuss.
