An Early & Desirable U.S. Military Model 1816 North Flintlock Pistol In Nice Untouched Condition. All original and complete. The pistol has very nice metal, markings, and edges. It is marked "NORTH/MIDLN, CON" on the lock and "P/US. on the barrel. All of the metal on the gun has a very natural and untouched dark patina throughout it. The brass pan is fine and untouched. The original untouched wood is fine throughout & has a "U.S. Inspectors Cartouche" on the backside. The wood and metal ramrod is also original. The early pistol has a very good bore and action. These Early U.S. Flintlock Model 1816 Pistols Were Used Early On And Right Through The Civil War. This Is A Very Nice Untouched Example!
