Description:
Custom Mauser 98 chambered in .257 Roberts. This rifle is fitted with a 25-inch medium weight barrel and is finished in a gloss dark blue. It rests in a beautiful walnut stock with rubber pad. It has Hensoldt-Wetzlar Ziel-Dialyt 8 power scope. it also features a very nice double set trigger. The .257 Roberts is a medium-powered .25 caliber rifle cartridge. It provides the best compromise between the low recoil and flat trajectory. With light bullets, the .257 Roberts is suitable for varmint hunting. With heavier bullets, it's all but capable of taking the largest North American game animals. .257 Roberts
