ADDITIONAL DESC: A good condition antique rifle. The external finish does show it‚‚s age, with some fading of the original bluing and the receiver has taken on a \"plumb\" patina coloring. The 23 inch barrel has a bulge about half way down the bore and should NOT (!!!) be fired. The rifle does have fairly tight bolt lock up and would be a prime candidate for re-lining. The left side of the barrel has also been drilled and tapped for a barrel mounted side mount optic. Our gunsmith plugged three of the holes, but one of the original screws has broken off and is stuck in the front hole. Sorry, but we do not have the factory/importer‚‚s box, owner‚‚s manual, sling, ammunition, cleaning kit, or any other tools or accessories for the rifle. While the rifle has been cleaned, lubed and inspected by our gunsmith, it has not been test fired. We do not ship directly to C&R holders. This rifle will be shipped by FedEx ground to the \"lower 48\" for $35.
