I am selling an A.W. Peterson Ballard Rifle. It is a 38-55 Caliber. This rifle has the original false muzzle. It has a very crisp and extremely light set trigger. The bore is in great shape. The barrel is extremely heavy. It measures 30" long without the false muzzle and 1.244 at the muzzle and 1.333 at the chamber end. It has a 1:16 twist. The rifle shoots very well. I have shot multiple match group targets in the 3/16" range at 100yds. I am focusing on rimfire shooting more these days, so it is time to thin the herd. Please message with any questions.
