***SOLD*** Here's a solid and clean collectible shooter Pre 64 Winchester 70 in the powerful and versatile 338 Winchester Magnum caliber.
S/N 494111 with matching scribed bolt made in 1960.
This gun is ready to go to work with very nice original finishes, perfect mechanics, great bore, and NO cracks anywhere inside or out.
The original blue is in very high condition showing about 98% with no notable marks other than a slight rub from previously mounted scope bases.
The wood has strong remaining finish with some scattered light dings and handling marks throughout, rating about 96%.
The barrel is 25" and it has an original Winchester rubber recoil pad as issued on all 338 Magnums, which remains completely soft and undistorted.
