William R. "Bill " Hurt masterpiece Damascus Quillon Dagger with an 9-1/2" blade, iron guard with two spikes at each end and rounded spiral Gothic nut. Selected curly maple twisted handle with silver wire inlays, wood-lined basswood scabbard covered with African Kudu skin. Made in January 1997 this is knife # 121 out of 251 as Hurt only made such number of knives in his career. This is is the knife that was presented tp the Board at the ABS in order to obtain his Master Smith ranking, and such knife is part of the five knives that were presented.
