The Charter Arms® Undercover® Single/Double Action Revolver is built around a stainless-steel frame with rubber grips for positive handling. The frame, barrel, cylinder, and working parts are made of stainless-steel to prevent corrosion from deep concealed carry. The Undercover shoots quickly in double-action, or you can cock it with the traditional spur hammer and take aim. The fixed sights won't interfere when drawing the double-action revolver from a concealed position and rubber grips provide a solid hold while absorbing recoil. .38 Special
