Description:
This is a very good Colt Revolving Rifle powder flask, made by Am. Flask & Cap Co. It has all four of the original carrying rings. The spout adjusts correctly and the top screws off easily and the spring works as it should. The seams are perfect. It has a few scattered handling marks which I have tried to picture accurately. It has a beautiful dark patina. These flasks were also used with large-bore revolvers that held a lot of powder. Also, with the Civil War Colt and other large-bore muskets. Great Civil War collectible.
