Description:
Browning, HI Power Made by FN in Belgium. This is a single action semi auto pistol with a removable magazine and thumb safety. The markings on the left side of the slide are "BROWNING ARMS COMPANY ST LOUIS, MO & MONTREAL P.Q. / MADE IN BELGIUM". The barrel is marked with a Belgian proof mark and "CAL. 9m/m P.". The right trigger guard bow is marked with a Belgian proof mark, the left trigger guard bow is marked "6". The bottom flat of the firing pin housing, under the slide, is marked with a Belgian proof mark. The right side of the frame is marked "69C2524". The front sight is a rounded blade fixed to the front of the slide. The rear sight is a square notch dovetailed to the rear of the slide. The grips are two-piece checkered walnut with smooth borders. This example is in about excellent condition. 9mm Luger
