The HK® VP9 Tactical Semi-Auto Pistol stands out with a hammer-forged barrel with threaded muzzle and suppressor-height adjustable tritium sights, providing a day or night lower 1/3 co-witness through the window of a red-dot sight. Optics cut accepts most red-dot sights using optional adapter plates (sight and plates not included). High-strength polymer frame features an ergonomic handgun grip design including 3 interchangeable backstraps and 6 side panels to accommodate all hand sizes. Molded finger grooves in the front of the pistol's grip position the operator's hand for optimal shooting. The pistol extractor also functions as a loaded chamber indicator with a red insert at the back of the firing pin indicating if the firing pin is cocked or un-cocked. The consistent VP trigger features a short, light take-up with a positive wall and crisp break followed by a short positive reset. Proprietary captive flat recoil spring helps reduce the recoil, improving shooter control during rapid firing and prolonging component service life. Use the extended Picatinny MIL-STD-1913 rail to mount a wide variety of lights, laser aimers, and other accessories. High-carbon steel slide comes enhanced with a corrosion-resistant nitrocarburized finish. Other details include ambidextrous controls, front and rear slide serrations, cold hammer forged barrel with polygonal bore profile, and a polished feed ramp. Witness holes on the back of the magazine housing allow the operator to check ammunition with a glance. HK VP9 Tactical semi-auto pistol includes 3 magazines.
