Description:
Up for grabs is a 10-22 Carbine, serial number 10372, manufactured in 1965. A previous owner upgraded the gun shortly after by replacing the original stock with a walnut Sporter (Finger groove) Stock which became available in 1966. A call to the Ruger historian confirms that these stocks were available as an individual part for several years costing $20 in the 1966 owner’s manual. This carbine had an aftermarket sight installed at one time as can be seen by the 2 screws installed on the left side of the receiver. This has been replaced with the current Scope to make this a beautiful shooter.
