CERTIFIED USED GUNS Guns Certified Used Guns may be returned within 3 days after the transfer is complete for any reason for a full refund, minus any fees, shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. A Guns Certified Used Gun may also be returned within 7 days if it is malfunctioning with proper use. NON-CERTIFIED USED GUNS Non-certified used guns can be returned if there is a mechanical defect that occurs within 3 calendar days of the physical transfer of the firearm to your possession. All other reasons for returns on non-certified used guns are ineligible.

Payment Terms
Payment is due within 3 days of the ending; no payment will result in the process of filing a non-paying claim.

Shipping

All Firearms must be shipped to an FFL dealer.
Processing for your order does not begin until Payment and FFL have both been received.
Once Payment and FFL has been received, processing times can be 24hrs - 72hrs
Shipping to non-continental 48 (Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico) will be subject to additional shipping charges, ask before purchasing.
Any firearm ordered will require a signature from your FFL upon delivery.
If you want to upgrade shipping, please notify us as soon as possible for a quote, depending on the status of the order we may not be able to change it.
Product Availability
If payment has not been received, we will not be liable to hold that item until payment has been received and will be subject to being relisted.
Products may be sold locally before we can update our listing, which we will notify you immediately of the cancellation.

Cancellations
All cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee in addition to any fees incurred.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us! We MAY, at our discretion accept returns on firearms that arrive at the transferring dealer in a condition other than advertised in the listing. Returns MUST be left with the transferring dealer. If a customer takes possession of the firearm,The Sharp Shooter considers this your ACCEPTATION of the condition, and will not offer a refund of any kind. If we agree to accept a return on a firearm for any reason other than damage or undisclosed conditions the firearm will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Returns must be sent back through the FFL dealer that received the firearm. The Sharp Shooter does not refund shipping costs. The Sharp Shooter reserves the right to inspect ANY and ALL items upon return before any refund can be issued. If you complete and sign the 4473 form, the firearm is now considered yours. There will be NO exception to this!
If you are denied or can NOT LEGALLY take possession of the firearm, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES!!! THIS INCLUDES ATTEMPTED STRAW PURCHASES!!!
