An Early Civil War Percussion Colt Model 1862 Police Revolver With a 6 1/2 inch Barrel In Very Good Untouched Condition. Serial #11,217, with all matching numbers. Made in 1862. The revolver has very good metal and markings throughout with nice edges. All of the metal on the pistol has an even light patina throughout it. All screws are good. All of the brass on the revolver is fine and untouched. The original grips are fine throughout. The pistol has a good action and bore. These Colt Police Revolvers were often carried by officers and enlisted men as secondary arms. This Is A Nice Example Of An Early Civil War Percussion Colt Model 1862 Police Revolver With a 6 1/2 inch Barrel!
