Description:
Serial #77546, .44 WCF (.44-40), 24" octagon barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is an Uberti-made copy of a Winchester 3rd Model 1873 rifle that retains nearly all of the bright, charcoal blue finish with some very milf fading on the hammer spur, and on the bolt. The frame and sideplates retain a commensurate amount of the original color case-hardening, while the walnut forend and buttstock are also in excellent, practically unused condition. The rifle is in excellent, almost unused condition, and is housed in the original cardboard box with papers. The charcoal blue finish was discontinued in 2017, and this example would make a spectacular cowboy action rifle, or simply a lovely piece for display. FFL;
