Description:
The Winchester Model 88 is a lever-action rifle that was introduced in 1951. It has four major differences from other Winchester lever-actions: a forward-locking rotating bolt, a detachable box magazine, a solid-top receiver that allows conventional scope mounting, and an attractive one-piece stock. This rifle in particular comes with a Weaver K2.5 on a Weaver Pivot Mount. The Firearm has some wear from use towards the muzzle and the finish on the bottom of the forend has worn along with some other dings and dents from use. The rifle is still in good condition over all and would make an excellent hunting rifle. Manufactured in 1959. .308 Winchester
