This is a great pkg consisting of a 1944 Springfield M1 Garand that just turned 80 years old in May. Born during the heat of WWII. The wood has dings and dents but no cracks and has markings "SA" "RA" and "P" on it. The metal looks to be Arsenal refinished and has a nice strong Green / Gray parkerized finish. Pkg'd with 96 rounds of original mill surplus Twin Cities Ammunition head stamped 1953 in M1 Garand clips in bandoliers. This ammunition is Non Corrosive and was sealed in an original spam can until I opened it about 6 months ago. I have personally test fired this rifle and if functions perfectly with this ammunition. Don't miss out on this one.
